So, the first episode was released on the Hotstar OTT platform on 17 March 2020 and was loved by the audience. After watching the Special OPS, positive reviews are being mentioned by the critics. It received 8 nominations due to its popularity and got three awards. This series is turned into a franchise model by Pandey in which the second installment of Special Ops 1.5 The Himmat Story released on 12 November.
The season of the Special OPS date is still unrevealed by the series maker. Neeraj Pandey has just completed his film Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha with Ajay Devgn. As per the report, if post-production work is completed in December or January then we can expect season 2 to be released in 2024

OTT Platform Special OPS Season 2 – Where to Watch
The first season was released on DisneyPlus Hotstar and we are expecting to release on this platform again. But Pandey will sell the digital rights to famous OTT platforms like Netflix and Amazon Prime Video after the success of the first season. The news reportedly is that Pandey will soon start to work on the second season and the season will be available on the popular OTT platform.
Currently, the new season of Special Ops is not available on the internet on any platform because it has not been shot yet. After the release, you can directly download the series from Hotstar.
